I had these three dreams, on three different nights in a row and these three dreams have haunted me for years! The dreams came to me while my husband and I and our children lived in my parents home while they were serving on their mission to England. Challenges came to us soon afterwards. Though we had committed to caring for my parents home and business interests for 18 months, soon after they left, my youngest brother, a recently returned missionary, was unhappy to live with us. Halfway through our parents mission, my sisters family was in a dire situation and needed a place to live their lives. They all needed some help. We called our parents in England and we decided to leave their home.

That decision to leave the care of our parents home to my sister and her family, was a hard decision for me. But these three dreams taught me vividly, that God gives us bountifully all the blessings that we have but if we try to keep all his blessings to ourselves, the blessings will become rotten.

We continued to care for my parents business interests, which funded their mission, but we did not continue to live in and care for their home. I do not know all the reasons why things have to happen the way that they do but because I had these three dreams, I want to remember that all blessings come from God. I want to remember to give all I can give to help others. I want to remember that when we share with others, He opens the windows of heaven and pours out blessings, more than we can receive.
